Mahesh Nair is the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of NowNow Digital Systems. He is a business leader with over 15 years of diversified global career with expertise in handling high revenue-generating business across African and Indian markets. He has successfully built and scaled up business portfolios within Fintech, Mobile Payments, IT, Telecom & Internet Service segments. Mahesh enjoys scuba diving, reading, traveling and photography.

Leigh has worked in highly regulated environments specializing in financial services, governmental and high data-dependent verticals, such as telecommunications, banking, FMCG, Automotive and Aviation sectors, to advanced technology companies such as IOT and Blockchain.

Before he joined NowNow, Saurabh has led fintech platform development for one of the growing MENA region startups, worked in E-Commerce, Logistics & Supply chain for top SEA companies and Co-founded/ CTO Pesopie a B2C Video based e-commerce company as well as worked with MTN Africa to drive financial inclusion.

Stephen Abah has over 11 years’ experience in financial inclusion, business development, digital financing, agent network- as well as developed and managed special financial inclusion projects for multinationals (UNICEF, UNDP, WFP etc.) and NGOs. Prior to joining NowNow, Stephen worked at eTranzact International Plc, Xpress Payment Solutions Ltd, ITEX Integrated Services Ltd and KippaPay-all centered around Financial Inclusion. He is a graduate of Economics, a Certified Digital Finance Expert, Project Manager and Chartered Management Professional. A member of the Nigeria Institute of Management and holds a certificate in Digital Money from the prestigious Digital Frontier Institute.

She has experience in ATM deployment, POS and Agency banking, revenue collections and valuable expertise in cards and Implementing strategies for growth of the business. She is a CIBN examiner and once a member of CBN Plastic committee. Also, a certified Visa Debit product manager as well as a system analyst in card processing methodologies.

Her research and practice engagements involve policy and strategic management interventions towards digitally transformed businesses and society. Professor David-West is Associate Dean at the Lagos Business School (LBS), the premier business school in Nigeria and sits on the school’s Management Board. Olayinka is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT), and the academic advocate to the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA). She is also a qualified practitioner of the Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA).
